Team Basework is a pole dance movement platform offering live and pre-recorded classes and tutorials, aiming to provide easily accessible movement opportunities to people worldwide from the comfort of their own homes. With a broad range of instructors, they cater to diverse needs and skill levels. Claudia, the owner, needed assistance scheduling content so she could focus on other aspects of her business. We discussed and implemented new ways to promote her instructos, focusing on quality over quantity. With an excellent content gathering process already in place, she was able to delegate creation and scheduling, allowing her to devote more time to do what she loves.
